Long Island Improved Brussels Sprout Seeds

About- Enjoy a bountiful harvest of sweet, robust Brussels sprouts with Long Island Improved. These hardy plants produce 50-100 dark green florets over an extended period, becoming more sweet after a light frost. Ideal for most US regions, but best with a long, cool summer. 

When and Where to Plant– For a spring harvest, start indoors and transplant outside 2-3 weeks before your last expected frost. For a fall harvest start seeds mid to late Summer. Choose an area in your garden that gets at least 6 hours of sunlight. The soil should be well-draining with a pH around 6.5. 

Care and Harvest– Keep plants well-watered. Harvest when the sprouts reach your desired size by gently twisting them off the main stalk.
