Potato Red Gold
Great disease tolerance!
Early variety (70 days) with high yields of medium sized 2 to 3″ round tubers. Red Gold has light red skin wrapped around a delicate yellow flesh. Excellent steamed, boiled, baked, fried, mashed, roasted or scalloped. Red Gold is resistant to leaf roll and PVY; moderate resistance to common scab. 3 lb bags contain approximately 15- 20 seed potatoes.
